Before you call for service, always check…

  1. Is your thermostat set for the service I want, i.e. heat, cool, energy heat, fan?  If electronic thermostat, is there a display?
  2. Is the fan blowing indoors when the thermostat is in the fan mode?
  3. Are your circuit breakers on?
  4. Did you change your filter?
