Always check and replace dirty filters first.

  1. Is your thermostat set on cool?
  2. Is your thermostat set so cool air comes on?
  3. If you turn your thermostat to fan, does the fan turn on and air come out?
  4. If the answer is yes, is the outside unit running?
    1. If yes, are there any signs of ice?
    2. If no, check switches, breakers or fuses.
  5. Call for service.
