Duct Inspection: Duct inspection for both Residential and Commercial applications are carried out to:
- Check for contamination
- Check for duct blockage
- Inspect duct cleaner’s progress and completion of work
- Check for frequency of maintenance to comply with 1ADP ASHRAE

Blower Door Testing: This whole house or whole structure test is executed to locate energy robbing structure leaks. It allows for a dramatic demonstration of the effect that unwanted and uncontrolled air has on your energy bill, your home comfort and the amount of outside debris sneaking into your home or building.
Infrared Thermography (infrared camera): This technology is used in combination with other services to locate areas where heat is exchanged, i.e.
- Energy consumption through lack of insulation.
- Energy consumption through air infiltration.
- Energy consumption through worn or broken parts.
- Hidden electrical and heat consumption.

Mold and Odor Removal: This service is conducted as a whole house or structure approach. We first attempt to locate the cause of the problem. Remove, replace or repair the problem. Then, through a site specific approach, provide and implement a mold and odor remediation plan. Plans must have the following included in them to be complete:
- What are we doing?
- What caused the problem?
- Fix the problem.
- How will we clean up the problem?
- How do you know when the problem is cleaned up and when our work is complete?
